(No Spoilers!)

So as some of you may now… I (Steph) and my sisters attended the New York premiere of Remember Me. Although we barely saw Rob, we did see the rest of the Remember Me cast. But our night was truly made when Summit handed out advanced screening passes to watch Remember Me to a theater a few blocks away. Bunch of random Rob lovers got to see this film, and BOY were we excited! When the theater lights dimmed down and the ‘Summit’ logo appeared, fans went hysterical. Before, during, and after the movie, Remember Me had 100+ people clapping and in tears. Example 1:

So how was Rob in the film exactly? Phenomenal. In the Twilight films, we see Rob as a stiff, protective, dontwannahavesextillyoumarryme type of guy. There is absolutely no way you can compare Tyler Hawkins to Edward Cullen. Tyler has such an emotional drama on his shoulders, but with that he is still loving, freaking HILARIOUS and amazingly f*ckhawt. There’s not a scene where you can say Rob didn’t give it his all.

We know Tyler falls in love with Ally (Emilie De Ravin) but I cannot explain to you the depth relationships Tyler develops with the other characters. Rob and Ruby Jerins were one of my favorites, just because the girl can really bring a scene. She really stood out and was adorable as hell.
Rob and Pierce Brosnan. Oh, man did we love these two. By the trailer you can tell Tyler Hawkins’ and Daddy Dearest do not get along. At all. There’s also a clip somewhere of the fight between him and his Dad, didn’t watch it beforehand (decided to watch as least clips as possible before the movie) but they were great. Freakin’ great. This type of relationship shows that parents should be mindful to what they say to they’re children and vice versa, it can really screw things up.

Tyler’s BFF in the movie (Aidan) played by Tate Ellington deserves much more recognition! Pretty hilarious character, the second he enters the movie you die laughing. He adds the comic relief of the movie, since there are such overwhelming stories in the film.

In conclusion, I can definitely say you will leave the movie theater thinking about this movie. And before you go to bed. And while you’re at work. School. Making out with a hot dog, I don’t care. We all love Rob but dammit I love this movie. To the point where I can say it’s Rob best performance to date. That’s right, Edward Cullen is no longer our favorite movie character (maybe when we watch Eclipse, but hey who knows.) The point is, YES you should all watch this movie and YES Rob can branch out of Twilight. You’ve all probably heard about that OMGWTF moment at the end of the movie. It. Will. Blow. Your. Head. Off. (Now take your hands off the keyboard and don’t go googling the ending, no matter how much you crave to know. The surprise will much be worth it, trust.)
PS- Let me tell you how during the screening a bodyguard executive guy watching over the audience to make sure no one did anything hasty to record the movie was not doing his job that well. We caught him watching the movie while he stood in the corner…. it’s just that amazing.
